Are your cattle grass fed?Yes! Our cattle are grass-fed, grain finished, free of hormones and antibiotics, and spend their lives grazing in the pasture. Grain is an integral part of their diet prior to finishing, as it adds flavour and marbling in the meat.

Do you use antibiotics? We take deep price and care of our animals and believe in natural and sustainable practices. We do not use added hormones or unnecessary antibiotics on our cattle. Only in rare and critical situations is when our cattle may be given antibiotics if health and wellbeing are at risk. To emphasize how rare this happens, all cattle sold as beef in 2022-23 were 100% antibiotic-free.

Mini Beef Share: This bundle will easily fit in a standard fridge-freezer. ⅛ Beef Share: This bundle will easily fit in a standard fridge-freezer. A 2 cubic foot freezer would be plenty for this bundle. ¼ Beef Share: We recommend approx. 3-4 cubic ft. of freezer space. ½ Beef Share: We recommend approx. 6-8 cubic ft. of freezer space.
